Baptiste PERRISSIN FABERT, Chief of staff for Brune Poirson, State Secretary at the Ministry of Ecological and Solidarity Transition

Trained at the Ecole Normale Supérieure in social sciences and an engineer in bridges, waters and forests, Baptiste Perrissin Fabert is an economist, specialist in the price of carbon and green finance.
His work focuses on the greening of finance, the energy and ecological transition and climate negotiations. From 2010 to 2013, he was a researcher at CIRED, where he defended a doctoral thesis on the social value of carbon and the financing of climate policies. Then from 2014 to 2016 he was a climate economist at the General Commission for Sustainable Development within the Ministry of the Environment, Energy and the Sea.
He was co-rapporteur of the mission entrusted by Ségolène Royal to Pascal Canfin, Alain Grandjean and Gérard Mestrallet on carbon prices.
