Carmen MUNOZ-DORMOY
 

Carmen Munoz-Dormoy was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Citelum on July 1, 2016. Citelum, a wholly-owned subsidiary of EDF, is an operator of public lighting and smart infrastructure.
She was the Regional Director of Enedis in Champagne Ardenne between 2012 and 2016. Since 1997 she has been working within the EDF Group where she has also held management positions in the fields of R&D and sales.
Carmen Munoz-Dormoy graduated from the ETSIIM (Escuela Tecnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales de Madrid) and the Ecole Centrale de Paris.
In addition to her work at the head of Citelum, she is very involved with the organization "Elles Bougent", whose aim is to promote the feminization of engineering professions. She is also committed to innovation and economic development, and supports start-ups and projects of engineering and business school students, in particular as Senior Ambassador of the EDF Group to CentraleSupelec.
Carmen Munoz-Dormoy is a member of the Board of Directors of the EDF Foundation.  She is Vice President of the Sustainable City Task Force of MEDEF International. Since May 2019, she has been president of the Planet A association.
