Descrozaille Frédéric, Val de Marne Deputy
Frédéric Descrozaille gets his first position between January 1993 and April 1994 as agricultural attaché at the French Embassy in New Delhi within his volunteering national service in administration (VSNA). But he truly started his career in 1994 as chargé de mission at the permanent Assembly of agriculture chambers (APCA). Then in 1996, as chargé of communication at CFCA (today Coop de France). Then he became executive assistant at the National center of Young Farmers in 1997, and director in 2000, a position he will also have at the Inter-professional Federation of sports, leisure and labor horse (FIVAL) in 2003. In 2008, he became the Managing Director of Interprofession of fresh Fruits and Vegetables (INTERFEL). in 2012, Frédéric Descrozaille worked freelance for an outplacement. He carried out consulting and training missions before joining Selescope (a cabinet in recruitment consultancy and assessment of managing teams) in 2014 as a senior consultant. He resigned in June 2017 after being elected Deputy of Val de Marne first division.
