Mousset Stéphane, Director and Chief of Cabinet attached to FIDA President 

Stéphane Mousset is Director and Chief of cabinet attached to FIDA President. So, he provides strategic, management and operational support, at Funds scale, and maintains relations with the main stakeholders in Roma and the member States. He runs the direction of special initiatives and institutional reforms. He advises the Presidency in decision making.
 Before joining the Funds in 2017, M. Mousset worked for the French Ministry of Economy and Finances as head of the FMI/OECD division and G7/G20 (2015-2017).
 Before, he was head of the Americas division at the French Ministry of Economy and Finances (2013-2015) and consul of France for economic matters in Sao Paulo (Brazil, 2010-2013). At the French Treasure, he was also in charge of the World Bank, the African Bank of development and development issues of G20, with the banking regulations and monetary affairs.
 M. Mousset is graduated from École Nationale d’Administration and holds two Masters in public finances and public management of Paris-Sorbonne University.
