The impact of new technologies and their appropriation concern the whole sector, from the producer to the consumer: the digital technology and its many innovations (robotics, new forms of data collection and use, blockchain etc.) are achieving a deep mutation of sectors.  Agriculture takes part to this process that offers the opportunities to arise new forms of agricultural and agro-food organizations, branches, intermediary bodies, services etc., and which comes with many questions: which economic models will be sustainable and perennial, what modes and sources of shall be created, what modes of governance shall we have to invent?
How to ensure a fair distribution of wealthnesses, promote food transitions choices respecting both the environment and health, and thereby encourage nutritional and energetic transitions?
