Agricultures in transitions

Aware of the new role it has to play to meet the climate challenges and those of resources preservation, Agriculture is in deep mutation: the emergence of new forms of Agricultures are fostered by real technological, digital and organizational transitions opening new perspectives. However, this mutation would not be at the core of a new society project if not accompanied by deep evolutions of the whole chain of value, itself missioned to change paradigms and integrate into its model the preservation of resources by taking into account production, but also transformation and distribution’s sustainability. The policies of land planning, the emergence of short distribution circuits, the development and policies of cities, the development of urban Agriculture, all bring answers to the deep evolution of our consumption modes, but what do they say of the remodeling of the agricultural landscape in the long-term?
