Which forms of resilience can we think of collectively?
In this context, the role of Agriculture in the policies is significant since its impact is major in terms of urban planning and by the opportunity offered to empower local economies by implementing agro-industrial activities offering new forms of no valorization (carbon, biomass, etc.).
