Yvon LE HÉNAFF, President of the IAR Competitiveness Cluster

An engineer by training, specializing in the agricultural and food industries, Yvon le Hénaff first worked as a business engineer and project manager in engineering companies for the sale of turnkey factories to the export, especially to the Middle East and Southeast Asia in an industrial group called the General Electric Company. He then worked as a commercial director at Applexion and Tech Sep, now Novasep Process. He participated in the acquisition and supervised the operation of sugar factories in Russia on behalf of SUCDEN. Finally, he joined the company Agro-Industrie Recherches Développement (ARD) in 2002 as subsidiary general manager of the VIVESCIA cooperative group, which he left in 2018. He is now President of the IAR competitiveness cluster, Le Pôle de the Bioeconomy.
